I am so busy – I can’t find the time for therapy.

I know it’s time to start counseling, but I feel like I’m too busy.

The time to get to the therapist’s office and back takes up too much time in my day.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to sit at my desk or in my living room and get the support I need?

I would so enjoy integrating the work of therapy into my life, making it possible to connect even as I move through the different places and obligations of my busy life.

I am not ready to sit in a room without a mask.

COVID has been such a challenge for all of us.

I would love to get started with therapy without taking any additional health risks.

Telehealth makes it easier to work together!

The last two years have changed the world. They have certainly changed the counseling profession.

Originally a doubter, I’m happy to have proved to myself and to many clients that Telehealth works!

We can establish strong eye contact and feel each other’s presence wherever life takes us. And neither one of us must wear a mask – we can see all the nuances in each other’s faces.

The requirements are minimal.

Find a quiet space free from interruption, and our work can begin as soon as you answer the call. You need access to a laptop, smartphone, iPad, or some other device that will allow us to see and hear each other during a therapy session.

Through FaceTime or Zoom, we can do away with commute time and bring our work right into your life, into your place of work, your home, and even your car. Our sessions are secure, and we can interact in the same way as we would do in person.

Telehealth is not for everyone, and I hope to meet face-to-face with all my clients at least now and then, but I have had great success in helping my clients move to a deeper and more satisfying life through Telehealth.

Let’s figure out what’s right for you. Call me today at (312) 715-7828.
